He is also the founder of The Multifamily Conference, Canada's largest real estate investing conference. In addition, he previously hosted a real estate tv show and real estate podcast.

Fun Facts: Seth is a former major junior and professional hockey referee; a huge history nerd (especially Napoleonic military history); and plays the bagpipes.
